Digital Shelf Excellence Manager (w/f/d)
This position report onto Digital Activation & Data Lead CE and is based at Neuss.

Salsify Power User (Kenvue PIM – Data management - system):
PIM data management system knowledge
Technical support for CE user groups (Benelux). Ensuring Salsify maintenance (e.g. dam-Salsify interface). training of new joiners, technical support)
Content Excellence: Guaranteeing mass‑assortment quality, compliance, and always‑on availability across all retailers in DE. First mover in applying new content elements to digital shelf execution. Close collaboration with eCom Content Manager.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
~Hands‑on experience with managing digital shelf levers and KPIs translating them into growth opportunities and a strong competitive advantage.
~ Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, cross‑functional environment.
~ Proficient in English & Germany language communication
