Your Team:
The European Regional Office based in Kronberg is a busy and dynamic team looking after 10 markets via 6 National Sales Companies (NSCs). To support our Business Operations Team within the European Regional Office and for an immediate start we are looking for a:
Working Student European Field Force Excellence Team
Your Tasks:
* Assist in planning and preparation of field visits across EU
* Support Field Force Excellence Team with producing and/or downloading special reports with different KPI’s and from different systems
* Help to prepare governance documentation, including project status reports, risk logs, and compliance checklists
* Contribute to the preparation of review materials for steering committees and stakeholder meetings.
* Maintain project documentation in collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint).
* Assist in tracking KPIs and other metrics related to Field Force Operations business performance.
* Get in touch with different European markets for collecting feedback from retailers and internal system users
* Support change management activities, including training and communication plans.
* Helping to fill in and update “Field Operations Best practice library”.
Your Profile:
* Student in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, Engineering or a similar field
* Analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to effectively complete tasks, whilst maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders
* Strong team player, able to communicate at all levels within the business
* Excellent command of English, second language desired
