For our Sales Management team, we are looking for a working student in Hamburg. You will work with our Management team, providing operational and strategic support.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership Support: Assist with sales strategies, forecasting, meeting preparations, and leadership-related tasks
2. CRM Admin Processes: Ensure high-quality data and support administrative processes in the internal CRM system
3. Advance internal enhancement initiatives, promotional strategies, and event coordination
4. Executive Team Support: Prepare presentations and provide direct support to the VP and Sales Management Team
5. Plan and facilitate webinars and internal meetings, as well as assist with training programs
Qualifications
We hope that you can recognize yourself in the following criteria:
6. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or early Master's Degree at a university or technical college in the fields of business administration, industrial engineering or related fields
7. Relevant previous internships or work experience
8. Proficient with MS Office, especially CoPilot or AI, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Power BI
9. Able to communicate in German and English professionally
10. Being able to be present in the Hamburg Office
