As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will make our sales organization predictable, scalable, and truly data‑driven. You’ll own HubSpot end to end, build clean and efficient sales processes, fix CRM complexity, and drive real adoption across the team.

We have an office-first culture and are looking for someone who joins us in our office in the heart of Berlin.

Tasks

1. Own HubSpot end-to-end for Sales, including structure, pipelines, fields, permissions, and overall data quality.
2. Ensure all deals, activities, and key data are consistently and accurately tracked.
3. Build and maintain workflows and basic automation to streamline sales operations.
4. Improve CRM hygiene (required fields, validation rules, deduplication) and serve as the main point of contact for HubSpot.
5. Design scalable, easy-to-follow sales processes across the full customer lifecycle and align deal stages with real buyer actions.
6. Partner with Sales Leadership to optimize funnel movement and create repeatable sales playbooks.
7. Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity, and revenue performance.
8. Ensure reporting is consistent, clear, and ready for data-driven decision-making.
9. Analyze sales motions to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
10. Support sales forecasting by maintaining clean data, forecast logic, and model inputs.
11. Identify and explain gaps between forecasted and actual revenue.
12. Communicate process and data changes clearly, provide training, and support onboarding related to CRM and sales processes.

Requirements

13. 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
14. Proven experience cleaning up or rebuilding Hubspot as a CRM.
15. Strong hands‑on HubSpot skills (pipelines, automation, reporting, permissions).
16. Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills.
17. Experience supporting sales teams of around 20+ reps.
18. Background in a software environment; start‑up or scale‑up experience preferred.
19. A structured, detail‑oriented working style paired with strong eagerness to learn.
20. Fluent English, German is a plus.
21. Experience in additional RevOps disciplines (e.g., Billing, CS Ops) and/or building automated lead or lifecycle processes would be an advantage.
