Your Tasks Your role Contributes to Beiersdorf's global success by supporting product innovations and key process improvements, including the implementation of new tools and applications in our global procurement function. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain insight into the Direct procurement department of a leading international consumer goods manufacturer. Your responsibilities include: • Support the 3rd Party Products Procurement function across projects, including tenders, market research, and supplier evaluation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the supply chain, playing an active role in process improvement initiatives. • Work frequently with procurement relevant IT systems, including SAP and IBM TM1, to support the successful implementation of new tools. • Preparation of analytical reports and dashboards using MS Excel • Creation of presentations and training materials in MS PowerPoint to support various project within procurement. Your Profile You’re currently enrolled in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field. • Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program for the entire duration of the working student role. • You feel confident using IT systems like SAP and MS Office. • You have a structured, analytical, and process-oriented approach to your work. • First experience through internships or working student roles, particularly in supply chain or procurement would be an advantage. • Very good communication skills in English.
