The role:
In this position you will strengthen the development department and at the same time be part of a diverse and interesting area of responsibility incorporated.
Your tasks:
* Process development tasks for the new and further development of PP compounds.
* Recipe maintenance and recipe optimization through application testing.
* Advice to customers about possible uses of the products through to the introduction of the new ones.
* Support customers with sampling, resolving complaints, etc.
* Determination of quality guidelines, including when developing new products.
* Preparation of technological documents.
* Cost optimization by using suitable starting materials for recipes.
* Advising purchasing on the selection and procurement of raw materials.
* Support in the introduction of new test procedures, test methods and implementation of practical work in the technical center and test laboratory.
* Supporting the introduction of new recipes on the system.
Your profile:
* Experience in the application technology of compounds, ideally in the area of injection moulding (advantageous).
* Initial experience in recipe creation and application technology is desirable.
* Proficient use of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook).
* High level of analytical thinking and interdisciplinary problem solving.
* Flexible, dynamic, enjoy working in a team, motivated and reliable.
* Willingness to participate in business travel when required.
* Fluent English is required. Knowledge of German would be advantageous.
