Deine Aufgaben
- Development and validation of business cases including sensitivity, scenario, ROI and risk analyses
- Creation and maintenance of economic and financial models and scenario tools
- Design and management of benefits realization frameworks and value tracking
- Quantification of realized savings, variance reporting and gap closing actions
- Finance business partnering for the Vice President Global Business Services (GBS) and senior leadership
- Preparation of high quality executive reporting, dashboards and presentations
- Process improvement, automation and data integrity enhancement across FP&A and BI
- Compliance assurance with financial policies, internal controls and accounting standards
- Support for audits, governance forums and benefits realization reviews
- Leadership of budget build, quarterly/rolling forecasts and monthly reconciliations
- End to end ownership of the monthly chargeback and allocation process
- Coordination with global and regional finance partners and transparent stakeholder communication
Deine Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) or CPA/ACCA qualification preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, PMI or PMP beneficial
- 10+ years of experience in project management or a related field
- Proven expertise in preparing and challenging complex business cases
- Strong experience in financial and economic modeling for large initiatives
- Demonstrated experience managing global chargeback or service allocation processes
- Background in Global Business Services, shared services or transformation/outsourcing
- Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel) and proficiency with ERP, FP&A and BI tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and present to executive audiences
- Willingness to travel internationally and work flexibly across time zones
