Your Mission You bring solid SAP HCM experience and want to support clients on their path to S/4HANA? As an SAP HCM for S/4HANA Expert, you’ll help shape future HR system landscapes. You’ll advise on migration strategies, assess architectural options (e.g. Brownfield, Greenfield, Compatibility Mode) and contribute across strategic and delivery phases of complex transformation programs. What you can expect Advisory and delivery support in SAP HCM transformation programs toward S/4HANA Evaluation of options such as HCM for S/4, Compatibility Pack, or hybrid SuccessFactors models Depending on your experience: project stream leadership or architecture design Collaboration with SuccessFactors teams for integrated solutions Optional: contribution to RfPs, proposals, and client solution design.
