KG Organization Transformation of Industry Business Unit Compression Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day You will start your day by coordinating with the Global CP LTP team and applicable PCC locations to identify and capture compressor LTP/service program opportunities. Your day will be dynamic and filled with collaboration, as you lead contract negotiations with our customers and ensure the flawless integration of multiple product lines. 1. Build and expand a qualified sales channel to meet compression service program sales targets in the region through partnering with internal and external customers
2. Lead the preparation of formal bids and coordinated proposals
3. Support contract negotiations with customers, backed by the regional legal team and Global LTP team
4. Harmonize offerings and integrate localized content across multiple product lines, ensuring a seamless One Train Approach
5. Model regional LTP costs, including field service, project management, locally procured parts, and regional managed overhauls, and present to management
6. Coordinate with the New Equipment sales organization on LTP opportunities
7. Develop a joint strategy with the Global CP LTP team to ensure the successful implementation of service programs
What You Bring
8. A college degree in engineering and/or business field, or equivalent professional experience
9. Proven experience in developing and driving sales projects to closure, including direct customer interactions
10. Strong understanding of the relevant market and business environment, including market analysis, competition analysis, risk analysis, and life cycle cost analysis
11. In-depth knowledge of Siemens Energy compressor portfolio and its associated equipment
12. Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills to engage effectively with both internal and external customers
13. An ambitious approach, driven by the desire to achieve outstanding results and compete at the highest level
