As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients, providing expert guidance on tax compliance, structuring, and regulatory matters.Your Responsibilities:Advisory & Support: Provide strategic tax advice to international private equity and venture capital funds, as well as their domestic investors, ensuring compliance with German tax regulations.Tax Profit Determination: Calculate taxable profits for partnerships and prepare tax assessment declarations for partners.Investment Structure Audits: Assess and audit investment structures of private equity funds, ensuring alignment with German tax law.Regulatory Analysis: Stay ahead of tax law developments, analysing and evaluating their impact on clients and investment structures.Client Management: Act as a key contact for clients, delivering tailored solutions and fostering strong professional relationships.Professional Development: Participate in internal and external training programs to continually expand your expertise.Team Leadership: Take on responsibility within the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
