Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales motion end-to-end for France, from prospecting to closing seven-figure deals with OEMs and Tier-1/2 companies.
* Build strategic account plans for Automotive, Defence, Manufacturing & Aerospace, mapping key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Expand relationships and NRR via multi-site, multi-BU expansion, aligning to roadmaps and growth strategies.
* Engage at the top level and position our company as a trusted partner with a clear business case.
* Forecast accurately: own pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, drive MEDDICC discipline, and deliver precise quarterly commits.
Requirements:
* A proven hunter who can open doors, build pipe, and hit quota.
* 5+ years full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally into Automotive, A&D, Defence, Machinery (France focus).
* Skilled in account planning, opportunity strategy, and frameworks such as SPIN/MEDDICC; comfortable navigating complex committees and public-sector style RFPs/AOs when needed.
* Confident with C-suite and technical audiences.
* Experienced selling complex platforms and co-creating high-value solutions with PreSales/Value Engineering.
* Strong communicator, structured, and organized across multiple sales cycles in parallel.
* Native French and professional English.
