Your Mission As our Working Student in Finance, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, driving crucial tasks and processes that keep our business running smoothly. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of finance, gaining hands-on experience and proficiency in operational finance. As part of the Finance team, you will not only get a comprehensive view, and a deep understanding of how a company operates but also equip you with valuable insights and experience that can significantly boost your career growth by working closely with our Finance Lead and our CFO. Your Impact Invoice Handling: Processing, verifying, and managing invoices from customers and suppliers. Customer and Supplier Interaction: Managing relationships and communications with both customers and suppliers to resolve any financial issues or inquiries. Financial Reporting and Audits: Provide support to the finance team with key activities, including financial reporting, annual closing procedures, and investor relations. Process Optimization: Enhance existing processes such as debt collection and customer invoicing to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ad- h oc s upport and IT Business Partner : Conduct r esearc h and assist with various tasks as needed to support the overall goals and serve as the primary point of contact for the IT department. Your DNA You are studying Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field ( specialisation in Finance is a plus). Strong analytical mindset combined with a structured and detail-oriented way of working. Confident working with numbers and financial data, with the ability to translate insights into practical business understanding. Proactive and reliable, with a hands-on attitude and the willingness to take ownership of tasks in a dynamic startup environment. Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to interact with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
