* In this role, you manage all international service processes in the Salesforce area and ensure system and process availability.
* You control and monitor incident, change, and problem management.
* In addition, you ensure both the continuous improvement and professional design of software support, as well as smooth collaboration between stakeholders, local projects, and offshore teams.
* You accompany the transition from the project to the support team within the framework of release rollouts and continuous deployment, and you conduct training sessions in Salesforce and ServiceNow.
* You contribute to self-organizing, agile teams to jointly ensure product quality and system availability.
* You strive to continuously develop your professional, IT technical, and personal skills.
What makes us successful together
* Qualification : You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration or Information Technology, or possess a comparable qualification.
* Experience : You have practical experience in IT consulting or service management.
* Know-how and Skills : You have experience in the Salesforce environment (focus on Service Cloud and Field Service (FSL)) and ideally have knowledge in customer service.
* Nice to Have : Familiarity with ITIL processes enhances your ability to excel in this role.
* Personality : Your proactive work approach and intrinsic motivation to implement and optimize things distinguish you. You possess strong analytical skills, combined with team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
* Language Skills : With your fluent English and open, trustworthy personality, you communicate confidently at all levels.
