General & hr administrative support officer (m/f/x)

As an employee within the PGS team, you will be working in a fast-growing company with a family atmosphere but still within an international environment.

What tasks will you perform?

HR-related

1. Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions.
2. Track attendance and absences, including daily monitoring of registrations (e.g., overtime) via the time recording system (Protime).
3. Maintain and update personnel files, including administrative follow-up and contract management.
4. Collaborate with Central HR (Belgium) regarding HR policies, updates, and processes.

Operation-related

5. Prepare production performance reports.
6. Assist in planning and coordinating shipments.
7. Manage vacation and absence planning.
8. Perform general secretarial tasks and operate the switchboard.
9. Verify digital invoices and ensure proper documentation.
10. Create delivery notes and support related administrative processes.

Who are we looking for?

11. You have a Master's/Bachelor's degree or you are equivalent by experience.
12. You have knowledge of German and English. Knowledge of Dutch/French is a plus.
13. You have a good knowledge of Excel and you are ready to master our own ERP package.
14. You have highly developed, demonstrable skills in teamwork and people leadership.
15. You have a hands-on mentality and a pragmatic mindset.
16. You can work in a multicultural and international environment, and are the link between business, finance, HR and operations.
17. You prefer to work full-time.
