Aufgaben: abwechslungsreich und verantwortungsvoll
1. Together with the Director BPM and Standards, develop, plan and implement a Business Process Management framework across Geopost Europe Cross-Border Operations
2. Work closely with the Operations Process and Standards Managers on BPM development priorities
3. Agree priorities for the development of Operations Documents with Stream leads
4. Support the process mapping efforts of Geopost Europe Operations to achieve high quality and easy to understand process maps
5. Coordinate input from Business Units and Central Streams for the development of Operational Processes, Policies, Standards, Procedures, etc.
6. Develop, write and ensure agreement of high quality Operations Documents
7. Ensure all agreed and finalised documents are maintained in the relevant Operations Document Management Systems including Intranet

8. Have extensive knowledge and experience in Quality Management and Business Process design
9. Possess a comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of DMAIC and other process improvement methodology and tools
10. Possess strong organisational and program/project management skills
11. Experience in Stakeholder management in relation to program/project management
12. Experience in developing and writing high quality Policy, Standards and Procedures documents
13. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
14. Ability to effectively communicate within the organisation
