Marketing Program Manager (m/f/d) (temporary)

Your tasks:
The position will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the project flow for all work passing through the marketing department. This includes selecting and implementing a fit-for-purpose project management system (e.g. Jira or another recommended tool).
* Set up and manage the end-to-end project flow for all marketing initiatives - from brief through to delivery
* Define and maintain clear timelines, scopes, and priorities for each project
* Track progress daily, monitor against agreed milestones, and proactively flag delays or risks
* Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams, external partners, and creative agencies
* Create structured reporting on project status, workload, timelines, and delivery performance
* Champion consistent ways of working and help embed smart processes across the team
* Ensure all creative outputs align with our brand guidelines, quality standards, and strategic objectives
* Support global campaign rollouts, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, HR, etc.)
Your skills:
With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.
* Bachelor or master degree e.g. in business administration, marketing or a commercial apprenticeship with appropriate additional training
* Profound professional experience managing complex creative or marketing projects from start to finish
* Ability to quickly understand marketing and brand priorities, and translate them into structured workflows
* Comfortable building dashboards, workflows, and templates that support visibility and consistency
* Strong organizational and time management skills - you’re able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease
* Clear, confident communicator - comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent attention to detail and a love for bringing order to chaos
* Hands-on experience setting up and using project management tools
* Understanding of digital, print, video and event production workflows
* Fluent language skills in English are mandatory, German language skills are an advantage other languages also
