Due to the rapid growth of the e-mobility market, new digital products, features, and performance optimizations need to be designed and implemented. The client is therefore looking for an experienced architect who can provide technical leadership and drive scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions.

Start : ASAP
Project Duration: Long-term (initial assignment with extension possible)
Workload : Full-time preferred (flexible depending on availability)
Location : Remote (EU-based)
Travel : Approx. 8-16 days per year within Germany/EU
Industry : E-Mobility / SaaS / Technology
Project Language : English (fluent), German is a plus
Anforderungsprofil
Responsibilities
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including use cases, data models, and system interfaces
* Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures within a microservices environment
* Define cloud infrastructure requirements in collaboration with DevOps teams (AWS & Kubernetes)
* Provide technical leadership to development teams, including architecture reviews and decision support
* Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools
* Ensure compliance with architecture guidelines, security, and regulatory standards
* Coordinate architecture initiatives across a complex system landscape
* Communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and structured way
* Support Sales with customer-specific solution designs and migration concepts (on demand)
Required Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience as Solution / Enterprise / Software Architect in distributed, cloud-native environments
* Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes-based architectures
* Proven expertise in designing secure solutions (IAM, encryption, compliance standards)
* Solid hands-on experience with Java Enterprise and Spring frameworks
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand complex system interdependencies (including hardware-software communication)
* Experience working in agile environments, ideally SAFe
* Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken)
