About us
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Quality Site Coordinator to oversee and support selected SCHOTT Pharma production sites. This role ensures high-quality performance across locations and acts as a vital link between site-level and global quality.
Your Contribution
1. Monitor site quality performance through KPI reviews, data analysis, and trend comparisons
2. Conduct internal audits and Gemba Walks to assess on-site quality status
3. Act as an expert and liaison between site quality teams and global quality
4. Coordinate rollout of global quality initiatives and support implementation of global SOP
5. Participate in site quality meetings and maintain regular on-site presence
6. Provide coaching to Site Quality Managers
Your Profile
7. University degree in a scientific or technical field
8. At least 10 years of experience in quality management, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment
9. Strong analytical skills as well as pronounced intercultural communication skills
10. Proficiency in English, both written and spoke
