LMS and Content Development Coordinator will lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and development of the company's Learning Management Suite (LMS) for its partners. This role ensures that LMS projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for the partners and the company's internal teams, coordinating all project activities based on their methodology. Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Coordination: o Lead LMS project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases. o Facilitate user onboarding. o Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports. o Coordinate content creation via internal resources and third parties/vendors. o Ensure time and resource management best practices to avoid project delays. o Participate in risk analysis and monitor risks throughout the project.
2. System Development: o Oversee system customizations and coordinate customer-specific implementations and customer-driven standard enhancements. o Manage data migration tasks as required, including Learning History Import (LHI) if applicable. o Manage content creation and content strategy development and system data population strategies.
3. Training & User Enablement: o Develop training strategy and support for Partner Network. o Coordinate additional training packages if needed. o Provide guidance on the usage of enablement resources like the Learning Connect portal and provided documentation.
4. Stakeholder & Change Management: o Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders. o Conduct regular Project Status Calls and provide Project Status Reports. o Manage change requests and ensure scope adherence.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of LMS systems and e-learning environments.
• Experience with Jira or other project ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English. French language at a business level is ideal
