KG Organization Labor Director Business Unit Human Resources Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day You start your day collaborating with global HR, IT, and business stakeholders to shape the future of Time & Attendance processes and technology. Throughout the day, you advise on global process and system governance, local policies incorporation to global standards, and support our countries in implementing UKG solutions. You work closely with payroll and HR services teams to ensure seamless data integration and compliance across regions. Your role involves identifying process improvements, driving standardization, and ensuring efficient operational delivery. By the end of the day, you’ve contributed to building a robust global framework that empowers teams and adds value to the business.How You’ll Make an Impact
12. Play a key role in the HR transformation program, defining the future technology landscape for Time & Attendance, and aligning with HR Application Owners, IT, Business, and other global stakeholders
13. Facilitate the transition from the current setup to the future state in collaboration with Payroll, HR services teams, and Business Owners of existing Time & Attendance applications
14. Drive the UKG solutioning, including local policy harmonization and replacement strategies, while supporting country implementations with process localization and functional tests
15. Manage data feeds from the Time & Attendance system to downstream applications like Payroll Systems and Power BI, ensuring effective demand management aligned with process governance
16. Collaborate with Standardization & Harmonization and Global Payroll teams to implement Global Time & Attendance governance, identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
17. Serve as the Global Time Management Expert, providing advisory support for global Time Management queries, drafting and updating policy documents, and enhancing the value of tools and processes for the business
What You Bring
18. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
19. Extensive experience in HR and Time Operations, ideally in a leadership role, with a strong affinity for Time solutions, particularly UKG/Kronos
20. Possess excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented work style, complemented by a solid understanding of legal and tariff regulations
21. Demonstrate an international mindset with advanced experience working in geographically and culturally diverse teams
22. Exhibit a collaborative approach, effectively interacting with various stakeholders, including HR Centers of Competence, IT, Finance, and management
23. Capable of working independently and as part of a team, focusing on building trust and empowering team members for successful delivery
24. Fluent in English, ensuring effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders
