You’ll make an impact by As a Team Assistant (f/m/d), you will support a part of the team within Siemens Bank with administrative and organizational matters in daily business. You will manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and always keep an eye on what's important – even if it hasn't been explicitly stated yet. You will also coordinate business trips and be responsible for travel bookings (flight & hotel reservations, car rental bookings, etc.) both domestically and internationally, as well as expense reports in accordance with current guidelines (including SAP Concur). You are familiar with internal processes and are the first point of contact for colleagues in your teams – whether for orders, workshop planning, invoicing (especially recording and processing of non-cash benefits), internal procedures, or the management of IT equipment. Furthermore, you play an important role in the onboarding and offboarding of employees, thereby relieving the team (e.g., regarding the management of IT access, drive shares, distribution lists, etc.). You will contribute to the processes within the assistant team, bring in your own ideas, be closely involved in topics, and provide cover for other assistants within Siemens Bank during vacation and illness. Your defining qualities Education The foundation for your success is a completed commercial or other job-related vocational training Experience & Skills Ideally, you already have relevant professional experience in team assistant roles You are experienced in virtual and digital collaboration and possess very good knowledge of relevant tools You are proficient in using common Microsoft Office 365 applications (especially Teams, Outlook); knowledge of SAP is advantageous Ways of working You have the ability to maintain an overview amidst complex tasks and to identify and set priorities Furthermore, you are characterized by a high level of commitment and teamwork skills, and you have an affinity for new tools and methods You naturally use modern AI tools to make work more efficient, smarter, and more creative Languages For international collaboration, you speak fluent German and English You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
