TheCustoms Process Administratorplays a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant customs operations. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working across the full customs lifecycle—from order intake to clearance—while receiving structured training and development.
We offer a temporary contract for 12 months.
What You’ll Do
1. Process import, export, and transit customs declarations using our digital platforms
2. Review and validate documentation for accuracy and compliance
3. Support customs investigations and audits
4. Collaborate with internal teams and share process improvement ideas
5. Participate in customs-related projects and initiatives
6. Engage with clients to deliver exceptional service
What We’re Looking For
7. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus
8. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
9. Team player with a continuous improvement attitude
10. Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new systems
11. Fluency inGerman and English
12. Experience with customs processes such as tariff codes, VAT, incoterms, simplified declarations, or origin verification is an advantage
