Tasks
* Own the delivery and capacity framework for MediaMarktSaturn Technology and build a high‑performing delivery organisation that ships reliably at scale.
* Design and run a unified delivery & capacity model for MediaMarktSaturn Technology, integrated with the global prioritization process, so Product & Platform get maximum value from our tech resources.
* Create end‑to‑end transparency of capacity and delivery pipeline across all teams via real‑time dashboards and KPIs with clear early‑warning signals.
* Drive a structured continuous‑improvement cycle and, together with Agile Coaches, turn insights into standards, playbooks and measurable improvements.
* Set up and run tech governance for large, cross‑functional programs and ensure every major rollout has the right delivery capabilities from day one.
* Act as the delivery lead (m/f/d) within Tech for large‑scale programs, partnering closely with global program managers who are accountable for overall outcomes.
* Lead and develop the Delivery Management team, reporting directly to the VP Tech Strategy & Operational Excellence.
* Shape and evolve the Tech “Way of Working” in a scaled agile setup to deliver faster, more predictably and with fewer escalations – raising the bar on predictability, commitment and delivery confidence across MediaMarktSaturn Technology.
Profile
* 10+ years in delivery / program / portfolio management in larger tech or product organisations, with a strong track record leading complex, cross‑functional, international programmes.
* Proven in building and running delivery, portfolio and capacity‑management frameworks; confident with agile, classic and hybrid methods and choosing what fits the context.
* Highly structured, analytical and results‑driven; manages conflicts constructively and drives measurable outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus), including clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders.
* Provides clarity and trust: transparent on strategy, priorities and goals; fosters open feedback and ownership.
* Inspires and empowers diverse teams; builds inclusion, engagement and a strong delivery culture.
* Thinks end‑to‑end across business and tech, handles ambiguity and complexity confidently, and consistently takes ownership for outcomes.
