HR Operations Assistant
The ideal candidate will support the HR Business Partners in all operational HR issues, including employment contracts, employee transfers, and remuneration measures.
Responsibilities also include supporting recruitment activities, such as screening resumes, interview scheduling, and participating in interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and update templates for our document library
* Participate in HR-related projects with us and on your own
* Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Employer Branding, Employee Experience, and HR Company Services
Requirements:
* Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar fields
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ideally knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors
* Fluent in English language skills
