About this role
As a Corporate Secretary, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios with company legislation and ensuring good governance on client structures.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and commenting legal documentation, organizing and attending board/shareholders meetings, and monitoring statutory and legal deadlines.
Key qualifications include a Master's degree in law or Business Administration/Economics, 2-3 years of experience in trust companies in Luxembourg, good knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law, team management and coaching experience, and fluency in French and English.
