Who we are Sandbox Interactive is the ambitious game development studio behind the award-winning game Albion Online. Your Game As Game Producer, you’ll take ownership of our Art and Content production pipelines, ensuring smooth workflows, efficient scheduling, and the timely delivery of high-quality assets. You’ll manage the Art team, aligning their work with feature and product priorities, and making sure asset planning matches the needs and timelines of development. This role is all about collaboration. You’ll be the bridge between Art and Feature teams, balancing capacity, dependencies, and creative goals. Most importantly, you thrive in environments where open communication, mutual support, and shared goals drive team success.
