Introduction
As Director Growth, you will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and representing Pulse’s strategic capabilities across your market. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and serve as a trusted advisor both internally and externally.
Your tasks
* You lead client acquisition efforts by delivering impactful pitches and presentations tailored to brand needs
* You drive business growth by meeting targets and expanding our client portfolio
* You act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering market insights and business recommendations
* You collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
* You monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
Your skills
* You possess 5+ years of agency experience winning clients and driving growth for them
* You have proven ability to develop compelling client pitches and translate them into actionable strategies that deliver results
* You boast excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to captivate audiences and deliver complex messages clearly
* You maintain a keen eye for industry trends and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve
* You understand the nuances of your local market, stay ahead of industry trends, and are based in Berlin or Hamburg
