Job Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Portfolio Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with company law and fund regulation.
* Manage a portfolio of clients with all aspects of company law and fund regulation;
* Organize board meetings, including minutes taking and follow-up on action points;
* Coordinate shareholders' meetings and draft resolutions;
* Review fund documentation with critical analysis;
* Work autonomously and with tight deadlines;
* Maintain corporate files of own client base;
* Liaise with regulatory bodies, notaries, lawyers, and banks;
* Provide timely and quality delivery of services to clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Graduate degree in business administration, economics, law, or finance;
* First experience in corporate governance or legal position with exposure to the fund industry;
* Good understanding of the Luxembourg fund industry;
* Fluent in English and French;
* Excellent communication skills.
