As Assistant to our CEO, Jan-Hendrik Boelens, you’ll be a key part of the inner workings of our company. You’ll help ensure that the CEO’s time and energy are focused where they matter most, while keeping his day-to-day operations organized, efficient, and running like clockwork.
Meetings & E-Mails: Coordinate and manage appointments, book meeting rooms, prepare agendas and materials in advance, and ensure the CEO's inbox is well-organized by prefiltering emails, prioritizing important messages, and maintaining a clear overview for efficient decision-making
Travel Management: Organize all aspects of travel - flights, accommodation, transfers, and detailed itineraries.
Take care of general administrative tasks including document management, correspondence, and report preparation.
Ad hoc support: Be the go-to person for a variety of tasks that support the CEO and team in their daily work.
✅ Experience as an executive assistant, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment
Fluent in German and English
