You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services, in supporting our most esteemed clients.Your key responsibilities include:Providing strategic leadership to clientsManaging relationships between customers and NexthinkCollaborating with solution teams to develop tailored Nexthink solutions based on customer outcomesManaging all executive relationships between Nexthink and assigned clientsOverseeing worldwide development of assigned accounts, including resource deploymentBuilding trust and multi-tiered relationships within client organizations, from project/IT teams to CxO levelDeveloping clear roadmaps and capabilities to promote excellent customer experienceAchieving financial targets related to licenses, renewals, and professional servicesQualifications- 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a competitive environment- Native German speaker, based in Germany- 2+ years as a Client Director or similar role with multi-million-dollar sales experience and executive relationship management- Driven, disciplined, and intelligent with a quick learning aptitudeAdditional InformationWe are pioneers in the digital employee experience (DEX) market, offering solutions that provide real-time analytics, automation, and employee feedback across endpoints.
