Your tasks
Document Management & Compliance: You maintain the document management system for SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and other GDP-relevant documents. You check global quality documents against local practice processes.
Data Integrity & KPIs: You ensure data integrity in all quality-relevant systems, processes and documents and maintain the quality KPIs.
CAPA & Change Control: You process and monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and assist in initiating changes (Change Control).
Audit preparation: You actively support the team in preparing internal self-inspections as well as external customer and regulatory audits.
Goods receipt inspection & deviations: You check goods receipt documents for the early detection of quality defects, stop and document data loggers and create deviation reports including root cause analysis.
Knowledge transfer & archiving: You properly archive release-relevant documents and actively share your knowledge and experience within the team.
Your profile
Education: Successfully completed training in the pharmaceutical, scientific field or in the field of quality assurance (e.g. as a pharmaceutical technician, PTA or a comparable qualification).
Professional experience: Experience in a GDP-regulated environment or pharmaceutical logistics .
Working style: You are characterized by technical understanding as well as an independent, responsible and very precise working style.
Soft skills: High resilience, flexibility, reliability and strong teamwork skills.
IT skills: Solid computer skills, ideally in the common MS Office applications and initial experience with SAP.
Languages: Fluent German and very good English.
