HR Generalist (m/f/d)
As an HR Generalist, you will be part of a dynamic HR team and actively contribute to achieving the department’s objectives and implementing key HR processes.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage the full employee lifecycle for a defined group of employees (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, employee relations, administration, offboarding)
* Oversee the apprenticeship and young talent programs
* Support the planning and implementation of training and development initiatives
* Collaborate on HR controlling and reporting activities
* Manage the occupational reintegration process (BEM)
* Handle special HR projects as needed
Your Profile
* Degree (Diploma/Master’s) in Business Administration with a focus on labor law or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role within an industrial/production environment
* Strong knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, works council, and social security law
* Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
* Excellent command of MS Office and SAP
* Strong communication, assertiveness, and decision-making skills
* A team player with a proactive and structured working style
