YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsiblefor the formulation of strategic curriculum goals and set the overall learningdirection for the functional skills needed in areas such as ‘LMSO GM’, ‘SupplyChain’. Drive the continuous development of learning products and services toachieve the desired skillset for employees in line with Brenntag Strategy.
Keyactivities & responsibilities :
1. Workclosely with senior management to develop and analyze emerging industry trendsand related skillsets
2. Act as a trusted advisor and partner tobusiness leaders, providing advice on emerging academic and industrydevelopment, trends and propositions
3. Establish and maintain curriculumportfolio strategies for products, processes and services
4. Establishand maintain strong industry networks across clients, vendors, partners andinstitutions
5. Evaluateproposed improvement areas and innovation applications, alongside theevaluation of products and services based on business objectives andperformance standards.
YOUR PROFILE
6. > 10 years of professional HR experience, thereof at least 5 years in a leadership role.
7. Advancedfacilitation skills, digital native
8. Experiencein a global (consulting) environment and excellent spoken & written Englishskills
9. Up-to-datewith latest pedagogy and adult learning
Strategy : Academy strategy aligned withcompany strategy/BES strategy
Functional skills : CurriculumDevelopment, Abstraction skills, adult learning, portfolio management
Leadership : Influencing skills
Area of expertise : Commercial/functional Skillsets
