For our partner company based in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, we are looking for a SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
In this key position, you will play an active role in shaping the future of the internal HR system landscape. You will not only be responsible for the comprehensive support and customizing of the SAP HCM module, but will also play a key role in the strategically important migration to H4S4. Through (partial) project management for the introduction of new systems, such as Fiori apps, you will provide forward-looking impetus for the specialist departments.

Your tasks
7. Holistic responsibility for the internally deployed SAP HCM
8. Direct cooperation with the specialist departments (users) for the ongoing optimization and further development of HCM
9. Adaptation (customizing) of HCM with regard to tariff and legal changes
10. Supporting the migration from SAP ECC/ERP HCM to H4S4
11. Introduction of new systems / modules as (partial) project manager (e.g. Fiori apps)
12. Development of interfaces to third-party systems, such as SuccessFactors
Your profile
13. Experience in the support of SAP HCM
14. Knowledge of ABAP development, HR forms and HCM schemas/rules
15. Knowledge of setting up Fiori apps and HCM authorization systems
16. (Initial) experience in project management
17. Structured and analytical way of working
