Job Description
1. Master Data Maintenance: execute the creation, modification, and archiving of customer, supplier, article master data records, ensuring data is kept up to date and relevant.
2. Data Integration and Management: Coordinate data integration across various systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.
3. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements, resolve issues, and implement best practices
4. Data Migration and System Upgrades: Play a key role in data migration projects when upgrading or implementing new systems, ensuring a smooth transition of master data.
5. Data Analytics and Reporting: Collaborate with data analysts and business intelligence teams to generate insights from master data and support decision-making processes.
6. Vendor Management: Work with external data providers (vendors, LSP) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of externally sourced data.
7. Data Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and provide guidance to users on how to correctly use and maintain master data.
Qualifications
8. Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to maintaining accurate and complete master data records
9. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams
10. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple data-related tasks and meet deadlines
11. Analytical and problem-solving mindset to identify data issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions
12. Process-driven approach with a continuous improvement mindset
13. Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience is considered an advantage
14. Fluent in English
15. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations /Information Systems / Management Information Systems required
16. Minimum 2 years of professional work experience
17. Leadership experience, including informal leadership, is considered a plus
