Your role at Eye
Eye Security is one of Europe's fastest-growing cybersecurity scale-ups. Founded in 2020 by three former employees of the Dutch intelligence service, we protect the digital assets of medium-sized companies across Europe.
With its Eye Cyber Guard product suite, Eye Security offers customized cybersecurity solutions in a subscription-based SaaS model. The portfolio includes Managed Detection & Response, Incident Response, Attack Surface Management, Security Awareness Services, and cyber insurance – and already protects over 850 companies. More than 180 IT experts work at our offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the UK on our mission to make SMEs across Europe more secure.
Your mission
As a (Senior) Account Executive, you will assume responsibility for the German mid-market and directly contribute to Eye Security's growth. You will build long-term relationships, acquire new customers, and advise them as a trusted partner on their cybersecurity strategy.
What you can achieve with us
* You manage the entire sales cycle – from identification and approach to the conclusion of SaaS contracts.
* You advise IT and business decision-makers on technical, organizational, and regulatory security issues.
* You develop new business opportunities and strategically expand existing customer relationships.
* Together with internal experts and channel partners, you will develop tailor-made security solutions for medium-sized businesses.

* Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in cybersecurity
* You are a hunter with high self-motivation and enthusiasm for technology
* You understand complex solutions and can present them clearly and convincingly
* You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and enjoy shared success
* Fluent German and English skills
* Willingness to travel up to approx. 20%
