As Chef de Partie in the pastry section at Edmondo in Hamburg, you will take ownership of your station, working with fresh ingredients and traditional techniques while contributing to a consistent and high-level guest experience.
Your role & responsibilities
You manage your pastry station with autonomy and precision:
* Prepare and plate desserts following our recipes and standards
* Organize and manage your mise en place
* Ensure quality, consistency and presentation of all desserts
* Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team during service
* Monitor stock and minimize waste
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
* Follow hygiene and food safety standards
You play a key role in delivering the final experience of our guests.
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in pastry
* Solid knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert preparation
* Ability to manage a section independently
* Attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen
* Reliable, organized and team-oriented
