Job Description
1. Lead the business development and client relationship strategy for the German market
2. Act as the main point of contact for institutional and corporate clients in Germany
3. Translate insights and client needs into market-specific financial solutions
4. Drive brand awareness and establish a strong local presence in coordination with HQ
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, legal, and operations teams
6. Represent the company at relevant industry events, panels, and networking forums
7. Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner (m/f/d) for clients with a focus on long-term value
