 * Drive international business growth by identifying and securing new clients in vaccine development, cell and gene therapy, and complex biopharma projects
 * Promote advanced technologies and services in protein and viral vector development, analytics, and GMP manufacturing
 * Represent the company at global conferences, trade shows, and networking events
 * Build and maintain long-term client relationships, offering tailored solutions to meet development challenges
 * Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to support strategic planning
 * Collaborate with internal R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to align business development with technical capabilities
Ihre Qualifikationen:
 * Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field; PhD is a plus
 * Profound business development experience within a CDMO setting
 * Solid knowledge in protein-based therapeutics and clinical manufacturing
 * Successful track record in acquiring and managing international clients for complex projects
 * Excellent networking and communication skills; confident representing companies at global events
 * Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
 * Willingness to travel internationally
