Business Coordination Trainee
Job Overview
This role offers an internship opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of our Business Coordination Team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expertise in decision-making processes regarding specific cases under the supervision of the team.
* Manage partnerships with Asset Managers, Custodian Banks, and brokers throughout the onboarding process.
* Monitor brokers' licenses, create credentials, and assist with accessing secured websites.
* Perform due diligence reviews and updates for Asset Managers and Custodian Banks.
* Coordinate bank account openings and IT department communication.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
* A student/trainee experience in the banking/insurance industry is highly valued.
* Strong analytical skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently and within a team are essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, fluency in French and English, and additional language skills are assets.
