Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and implementing global marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies across international markets, ensuring alignment with the company's global marketing strategy.
* Cultivate customer-centric content that resonates across diverse markets and touchpoints, highlighting complex topics in compelling stories and narratives.
* Design and implement end-to-end international marketing campaigns, from strategic planning to execution, including performance monitoring and continuous optimization based on insights.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product Marketing, and Go-To-Market, to align regional marketing activities and customer journeys, ensuring a consistent experience across touchpoints.
* Produce high-quality, creative content assets across digital and offline channels, including web, social media, sales enablement, and events.
* Serve as a creative and strategic partner to internal stakeholders, driving fresh ideas, trends, and innovations that challenge the status quo.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Multiple years of experience in B2B marketing, including exposure to agency environments, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, content creation, and campaign management in an international context.
* A proven track record of conceptualizing and executing creative, high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions, with a strategic mindset to drive business growth.
* An innovative mindset, with a passion for identifying new formats, tools, and storytelling approaches that enhance audience engagement.
* Experience in improving the customer onboarding experience and driving up-selling and cross-selling opportunities through targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and tailored messaging.
* Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills – structured, reliable, and with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* Bilingual proficiency in English and German is required, with additional languages being a plus.
* A willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
