Required Skills and Qualifications:

Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of banking operations, business processes, leading banking IT systems, and regulatory requirements.
Leadership and Strategic Insight: Proven track record of managing complex projects in a consulting environment or a bank, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
