Introduction to the Position
Our client, an international business headquartered in Munich, is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central In-House Consultant to support their upcoming upgrade project. This is a permanent, in-house position within a collaborative internal IT and finance team. The company operates in English as its business language and offers a dynamic and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Business Central or NAV, with the ability to bridge the gap between IT and finance operations.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and support the Dynamics 365 Business Central upgrade project from planning through to go-live
* Act as the internal subject matter expert on Business Central functionality and best practices
* Work closely with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to gather requirements and implement system improvements
* Coordinate with external implementation partners where needed
* Configure and optimise Business Central modules to meet business needs
* Provide ongoing support, training and documentation for end users
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with internal teams
Desired Qualifications
* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
* Strong understanding of finance and business operations processes
* Experience with ERP upgrades or implementations
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required
