You can look forward to
* Coordinating and managing our external service providers in infrastructural and technical facility operations (e.g. janitorial services, cleaning, reception services)
* Working with our CAFM system Planon and handling ticket creation, order processing, documentation and reporting
* Supporting space and relocation management, planning moves, assigning workstations and optimising our use of space
* Taking responsibility for access management by issuing and maintaining access cards, assigning authorisations and setting up locker systems
* Supporting our internal service hotline and organising services for events at our site
You come equipped with
* Completed technical and/or commercial vocational training or a completed degree in Facility Management, Building Management, Building Services Engineering or a comparable qualification
* Initial practical experience in facility management, building management or building operations or a strong interest in starting a career in this field
* Confident user of MS Office applications combined with a strong technical understanding
* Proficient user skills in German and, ideally, English skills for communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Structured and reliable working style, strong organisational skills and a pronounced service-oriented mindset
