We are seeking an experienced and driven Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant. In this role, you will design, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. Another big part of this role would be to provide technical leadership for the integration of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and integration to other systems (CRM, analytics, data management), ensuring seamless data flow across platforms. As well as this, you will spend time working with clients to help them with project road mapping as well as taking on other more functional responsibilities.
What you can expect:
1. Design and implement multi-channel marketing automation strategies, including customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and personalized messaging.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into technical SFMC solutions.
3. Develop, test, and deploy dynamic emails, landing pages, and integrated journeys using AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS.
4. Configure and manage data models, segmentation, and data extensions for targeted campaigns.
5. Build and maintain automation workflows and lead scoring strategies using Marketing Cloud tools.
6. Monitor and optimize campaign performance; generate reports and insights for stakeholders.
7. Provide training, documentation, and support to internal teams.
What we expect from you:
8. Proven experience in working on the delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects
9. Technical knowledge of Marketing Cloud modules (e.g., Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio)
10. Experience with automation tools, APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., AMPscript, SQL, JavaScript). Is a plus.
11. Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS for email and data manipulation.
12. Good understanding of marketing strategy, customer lifecycle, segmentation, and personalization.
13. Experience with SFMC CRM integrations and data synchronization is a plus
14. Communication and project management skills.
15. Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
