That’s why we’re looking for an Operations Manager who can lead one of our core warehouse shifts, develop strong leaders on the floor, and help us scale in a smart, sustainable way. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced operations, knows how to lead through people, and can turn daily complexity into structure, performance and results. You’ll work cross-functionally with Operational Excellence, Automation, HR, Finance, IT and Transportation. What you’ll do As Operations Manager, you’ll own shift-level performance and make sure the operation runs safely, smoothly and efficiently. You will: Own shift performance across safety, quality, productivity and labor management Lead a team of Warehouse Area Managers and associates, ensuring the right staffing, skills and development for peak readiness Plan workflow and labor allocation to keep operations stable and efficient Monitor KPIs, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions where needed Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges and remove bottlenecks Support longer-term thinking around capacity planning and workforce development Ensure compliance with safety standards, labor rules and daily operational procedures Build a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement on the shift What we’re looking for 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain Proven people leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset Ability to make decisions quickly and lead calmly under pressure Strong communication skills and confidence working across teams English proficiency Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as needed Nice to have: Degree in a related field 5 years in supply chain / distribution / logistics leadership Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience WMS and data analytics tools experience Exposure to automation and process optimisation in high-volume operations What we offer Fixed monthly salary Unlimited vacation days €44 tax-free monthly benefit (via become.1) €20 monthly internet allowance Knuspr Xtra account and 10% cashback as Knuspr Credits Attractive discounts through CorporateBenefits (fitness, travel, tickets, shopping and more) LI-AR1 Knuspr
