Finance Manager Location: Munich, Germany
Salary: €54,000 + 10% Bonus + €100 Travel Allowance

Our Finance & Controlling team is responsible for accounting, invoicing, financial reporting, and planning across our hotels. Now, we’re looking for a Finance & Controlling Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Be the finance contact for up to three hotels, supporting hotel managers.

Manage invoice processing, accounts payable & receivable, and payments.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
Prepare financial reports for management and investors.
Lead finance process improvements and coordinate projects with internal and external teams.
A background in hospitality finance —you understand how hotels operate.
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field OR relevant hotel-specific training.
Experience in finance, controlling, or accounting within the hotel industry.
Excellent knowledge of financial systems, accounting, and reporting tools.
Proficiency in Excel and digital finance solutions.
Fluent in German and English (German is a hard requirement).
