German Speaking Corporate Officer

Job Description:
* You will be responsible for managing a client portfolio composed of entities from the constitution to liquidation.
Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal - Law – Corporate
* You must prepare board meetings and shareholders' meetings, along with their respective minutes.
* Maintaining relationships with clients, notaries, public authorities and banks is also part of your tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
1. A minimum 3 years experience in fiduciary or asset management company in Luxembourg.;
2. The ability to maintain strong team spirit; You are required to have managed a client portfolio from constitution to dissolution/liquidation previously.
