Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute PR strategies for vehicle launches, ensuring strong positioning of product USPs (technology, design, sustainability, pricing).
2. Build and maintain relationships with key automotive, tech, and business media in Germany; manage press outreach, interviews, and media events.
3. Plan and execute product launches, press drives, and media events tailored to the German market.
4. Create and localize press materials, including press releases, media kits, Q&A documents, and executive messaging.
5. Adapt global messaging to align with German customer expectations, cultural nuances, and regulatory context.
6. Work closely with product, marketing, and HQ teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on product narratives.
7. Support crisis communication related to product topics (e.g., quality, safety, innovation claims)
Qualifications
1. 5+ years in PR, with a strong focus on product communications in automotive, mobility, or tech industries.
2. Deep understanding of the German media landscape and automotive market dynamics.
3. Established relationships with key German journalists and industry influencers.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (Mandarin is a plus).
5. Ability to translate complex product features into compelling, customer-centric stories.
6. Experience working in international environments, ideally bridging Chinese HQ and European markets.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-impact PR campaigns under tight timelines.
