The Coordinator Non-Technical Customer Support (m/w/d) is responsible for the Installation planning and logistical organization planning and coordination and prioritization of the assignments for our field service teams in Germany and Austria
This position will be an onsite position in our office at Beckman Coulter in Krefeld, Germany and reports to the Manager Customer Support.

In this role, you will have the following key responsibilities
· Installation planning and logistical organization planning
· Ordering spare parts for our Field Service Teams, including spare parts courier services
· Support in the creation of orders in ServiceMax
· FSE repair – deployment planning and maintenance planning
· Support of the Regional Service Manager in field escalations
· Processing of inquiries regarding NOX shipping
· Measurement device calibration process including regulatory documentation
· Quotation preparation, order processing and invoice processing
· Calculation of service deployments
· Maintenance and processing of special requirements in the system
The essential requirements of the job include:
· At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a role in dispatch, logistics, or customer service, preferably in the field of medical diagnostics or healthcare.
· Strong organizational skills and time management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Fluent in German and English, any additional languages are a bonus!
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
· Experience in a multicultural company in the healthcare industry
